Fresh Brewed Kale

Kale is in season, but how do you eat it? I thought this year I would get more creative. Two of the top choices so far: Smoothie and Chips. No, not together.

Kale chips have a great crunch and I followed this recipe (incredibly easy to make). In a smoothie, the bitterness is masked and it’s a great breakfast on the go.
