How will I know when my order has shipped?

You will receive an order confirmation containing your order number and details upon completing checkout.

 

How soon will I get my order?

Your order will ship between 1-3 business days of the order date. However, we try our hardest to ship out orders no later than the next day.

 

Do you offer gift wrap?

We currently don’t offer gift wrap, but we’re more than happy to include a gift receipt and a personal note from you. Just leave us a message with your note in the “Instructions to Seller” box at checkout.

 

Do you ship internationally?

We do ship internationally, but it can be expensive to ship to destinations outside of the U.S. and Canada. Unfortunately there isn’t currently a more cost-effective option that offers both tracking and insurance.

 

What is your privacy policy?

We promise we will never sell or give out any information you provide us, to anyone. No one wants a spam clogged inbox (including us).

 

Is my credit card information protected?

Absolutely. All transactions are secure and encrypted and we don’t store any of your payment information.

 

What types of payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards – Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. You can also pay using PayPal.

Where can I submit my flavor suggestions?

On our survey sheet.

 

Can I use your product images on my blog?

Yes! However, if you’re going to use our images, you must link back to our website. That being said, we love and appreciate any and all blogs that choose to feature our products!

 

Do you have a brick and mortar location?

We don’t. LEIF is an online-only shop – at least for the time being!
